Terms of Service

1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the rights and obligations between Webskill s. r. o., ID No.: 56521138, with registered office at Haburská 211/16, 821 01 Bratislava (hereinafter "Provider") and the user of the Reality Timeline service (hereinafter "Service"). The Service is a web application (SaaS) designed for real estate agencies to manage properties, documents, client communication, and track the progress of real estate transactions.
2. Registration and User Account
Use of the Service requires organization registration and creation of a user account. The user is obliged to provide truthful and up-to-date information. The account is protected by a password and the user is responsible for its security. The Provider reserves the right to terminate an account that violates these Terms or has been inactive for more than 12 months.
3. Service and Plans
The Service is provided in various pricing plans (Agent, Agency, Premium) that differ in scope of functionality and limits. Current prices and plan details are available at realitytimeline.sk. The Provider reserves the right to change prices and plan scope, notifying users at least 30 days in advance.
4. Payment Terms
Payments for the Service are processed through the Stripe payment gateway. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period (monthly or annually). The user can cancel their subscription at any time through the Billing section in the application. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period.
5. Liability and Warranty Limitations
The Provider commits to providing the Service with reasonable care and in accordance with standard practices. The Service is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The Provider is not liable for damages caused by third-party outages (hosting, database, payment gateway), force majeure, or improper use of the Service. The Provider's total liability is limited to the amount of subscription paid in the last 12 months.
6. Termination and Data Protection
The user may cancel their account at any time in the application settings or by contacting the Provider. After account cancellation, user data will be deleted within 30 days, except for data the Provider is required to retain by law. The user has the right to request data export before account cancellation.
7. Intellectual Property
The Reality Timeline Service, including its source code, design, logo, and documentation, is the intellectual property of the Provider. The user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Content uploaded by the user (documents, images, data) remains the property of the user.
8. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction over disputes. The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend the Terms, notifying users at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. By continuing to use the Service after the Terms change, the user agrees to the new version.
